Refund policy

As an independent artist, I’m afraid I’m unable to accept returns or issue refunds. As such, please make sure you’ve read all product descriptions carefully and choose tracked shipping if you want to be sure to avoid missing packages.

In case of a damaged product, a replacement or a refund will be sent if you get in touch within 30 days of product delivery. 

To request a refund or replacement, please contact me at minnie@minniesmall.co.uk. Kindly ensure that any damage to the package is photographed and submitted as evidence before we proceed with your claim.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or will have a replacement item sent to you within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me via email. 

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
