Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. All art prints are made to order and fulfilled through Printify.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally, your order may arrive in multiple packages if you purchase multiple items, as they may be fulfilled from different Printify production partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply.
Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at minnie@minniesmall.co.uk with clear photos of the damage.
I’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For lost packages, please reach out if your tracking shows no updates after 30 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery or offer a refund once the item has shipped.
